Villa versus hotel: what changes for a seminar
A hotel means shared spaces with other guests, fixed meal times, and limited privacy the moment you step out of the meeting room. A private villa gives you exclusive use of the venue for the length of the seminar: no other group crossing paths in the corridors, meal times built around your programme, and a setting that's a change from the usual conference room for informal moments.
Wifi and equipment
We systematically check the speed and stability of the wifi in every villa proposed for a seminar — a point often overlooked elsewhere. A router or backup connection can be added in advance if the programme includes video calls.
Meeting space and set-up
Depending on the villa, an air-conditioned indoor room or a covered outdoor space can be arranged in meeting configuration, with tables, a screen and sound added on request. We state the seated capacity for each villa we propose.
Confidentiality
The villa is rented in full for the length of the seminar: no other guests, staff kept to what's needed, and discretion towards the outside — often sought for sensitive announcements or leadership meetings.
VIP transfers
Airport pick-up by private vehicle for the whole group, with a personal welcome and scheduled transfers between the villa and any planned activities (golf, desert, excursions).

How far in advance should I book a seminar?
From 1 to 12 months depending on group size and season: allow at least 3 months in high season (October-April) to secure a large villa and the catering quote.
Is a villa really suited to work meetings?
Yes, provided the wifi and meeting-room set-up are checked beforehand — which we do systematically before proposing a villa for a seminar. We can share a check report before your final confirmation if you'd like one.
How many people can a seminar villa host?
From 10 to 40 people for meetings depending on the villa, and up to 22 people staying overnight; beyond that, several villas can be combined. We help you choose the most suitable set-up from our very first exchange.
Are meals included?
Not by default, but a private chef or caterer can be arranged for the whole stay, priced within the group quote. We put this pricing together as soon as we know participant numbers and the length of the seminar.
Can activities be organised alongside the seminar?
Yes, golf, an excursion to the Agafay desert or a themed evening can be added to the programme through our concierge. These options should be mentioned at quote stage so they can be built into the final programme.
