We visit every villa in the catalogue ourselves before offering it, and we directly employ the staff who look after it. This page explains our method rather than telling a story.
Our method
A villa only joins the catalogue after an on-site visit: access, general condition, amenities, wifi connection, and how quiet the area is. We turn down properties that don't match what we want to show.
House staff — cleaning, gardening, a housekeeper-manager, and a chef or driver on request — are employed directly by us. We train them, follow their work, and step in ourselves if someone is away or something is needed during a stay.
WhatsApp is our main channel: you write to us and we reply ourselves, no middleman and no set script, both before a booking and during your stay.
